Comba Telecom, a global leading wireless solutions provider, recently announced its Distributed Antenna System (DAS) has been selected by a leading mobile operator group in Latin America to provide the wireless network infrastructure for mobile coverage at the operator's corporate offices in Argentina. The operator has deployed Comba Telecom's latest generation of the ComFlex DAS that covers triband 1900MHz / AWS with automatic upgrades to 850MHz.solution to enable a robust wireless experience for users in the offices. Its multi-band, multi-operator solution helps optimize investments, improves signal distribution and enables high user service quality, said Comba Telecom.
At the same time, Comba Telecom announced two further project wins for Argentina: it will be deploying indoor wireless systems at the Ministro Pistarini International Airport in Ezeiza and the Jorge Newbery Airport in Buenos Aires. Both projects will feature the ComFlex DAS and similar to other deployments by Comba Telecom around the world, the installed systems will have multi-band, multi-operator functionality allowing cost sharing and infrastructure efficiencies.
