Procera Networks Expands Network & Subscriber Analytics with Two New Orders from T1 MNOs Credit: Procera

Procera Networks, Tuesday announced that it has received two new orders that total several million dollars from two Tier 1 mobile operators for deployment of Procera's analytics solution which deliver mobile subscriber experience assurance. Procera's solution will enable the operators to gain a comprehensive view of the overall subscriber experience that combines RAN and application-level quality. Both operators are already using Procera's PacketLogic deep packet inspection solution.

Procera's ability to deliver visibility into the Subscriber Experience in addition to providing traditional mobile analytics was the key reason for the selection of the company's solution to replace the operators' existing systems. Procera added that its Subscriber Experience analytics solution offers operators both real-time and historical visibility into the metrics that can have the greatest impact on their customers’ experience such as insights into the cause of video stalls, slow page load times, social networking feeds not loading, or slow sync times for cloud services.
