At the recently concluded T-Connext 2023 event, leading Indonesian telecom operator, Telkomsel, and Microsoft announced their latest collaboration, which will focus on Generative AI and how this will accelerate the digital ecosystem in Indonesia, as well as future plans in this space.

The collaboration will also oversee the implementation of Gen AI at Telkomsel, with the aim of providing superior products and services that provide a better experience for all customers.

T-Connext 2023 was attended by top names from the Indonesian digital ecosystem, such as the Wishnutama, the President Commissioner of Telkomsel, and Bonifasius Wahyu Pudjianto, the Director of the Digital Economy of the Ministry of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia. Telkomsel's Director of Planning & Transformation, Wong Soon Nam, delivered a talk during the event on the role of T-Connext in supporting the development of technology and the digital ecosystem. Meanwhile, President Director of Microsoft Indonesia, Dharma Simorangkir, presented on the topic of 'Harnessing the Power of Generative AI for an Innovation Ecosystem' during a keynote session.
