CTHINGS.CO, A Polish startup delivering edge IoT solutions, has been named as one of the winners of the 5G Challenge, held in Lisbon.

As part of the 5G Challenge acceleration competition organized by Portuguese telecommunications service provider MEO, CTHINGS.CO presented its Orchestra solution to MEO's global customers and partners gathered in the Altice Showroom. After the solution presentations and a round of questions to all finalists, a technical jury comprised of telecommunications experts, and the audience voted to select CTHINGS.CO as one of the winning companies bringing tangible innovations to the 5G and telco spheres.

Orchestra, the winning solution from CTHINGS.CO, is a hybrid cloud platform for orchestrating Edge Computing assets and IoT applications. Its Zero Trust architecture and network structure can easily help CSPs scale their operations while making the most of available connectivity technologies via 5G Network Slicing, NEF APIs.

The MEO 5G Challenge is an initiative promoting technological innovations that leverage the use of 5G technology to drive the digital transformation of companies and organizations around the world. It is a competition that inspires enterprises to create innovative solutions in the field of telecommunications and 5G networks, which in turn contributes to accelerating the development of modern technologies and introducing them to the market.
