SoftAtHome, an independent software company for broadband, video, and analytics, announced today that its products Wifi’ON and Eyes’ON are powering the new Orange Luxemburg Fibre-based Livebox and Wi-Fi booster. Deployment of the new Home Gateway and the repeater is scheduled for the second quarter of 2023.

With the continued deployment of fibre and the launch of this new high-end device, Luxemburgers can enjoy next-generation Wi-Fi services thanks to the recent Wi-Fi 6 standard's higher performance, combined with GPON-based fibre technology. The fibre-based Livebox, now available on the market, offers faster Wi-Fi with over 3 Gb/s. It also brings improved security, parental control, guest Wi-Fi, and an optimised Quality of Service. The new Livebox has an exclusive 4G backup mode for Luxemburg.

SoftAtHome’s Eyes’ON monitoring solution monitors the new fibre based Livebox Wi-Fi boosters. Eyes’ON for Fixed Networks gathers and analyses data with AI and machine learning. It delivers compelling recommendations to improve the customer experience at home. The solution also examines the customer’s environment to provide diagnostics and guidance so hotlines can act more rapidly and efficiently.
