Cartesian, a specialist provider of consulting services and managed solutions to the global communications, technology and digital media industries, announced the launch of its managed analytics offerings for mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs) to help MVNOs drive customer engagement and growth. Built on Ascertain® platform, Cartesian said that the Managed Analytics solution provides the ability for MVNOs and sub-brands to cost-effectively gather real-time insights and business intelligence from disparate systems and data warehouses across the business.

Cartesian said that leveraging its Managed Analytics modules, such as Sales & Marketing, Customer Value Management, Network Expansion and Product Management, the company can address client-specific use cases to rapidly deliver transparent and actionable insights so that MVNOs can more effectively compete and manage their streamlined operations.

MVNO and sub-brand entrants worldwide must seek new ways to innovate, differentiate and minimize their cost bases, as they increasingly move away from the traditional Telco model. To ensure longevity there is a need to use analytics and digital toolsets to increase customer engagement and ultimately customer lifetime value. While many players are starting to digitize elements of the customer experience, there remains a long way to go in order to fully capture the potential of this transformational activity. Real-time access to mission-critical data and insights provides an untapped opportunity for MVNOs to optimise their sales and operational performance.
