Fortress Solutions, a leader of telecom infrastructure equipment repair and now including a full suite of wireless engineering services for Private Mobile Networks (PMN), announced they have joined the OnGo Alliance to deepen their connections in the wireless sector and better serve their customers.

The OnGo Alliance’s purpose is to support the common interests of members, implementers, and operators for the development, commercialization, and adoption of LTE and 5G NR solutions for the US 3.5 GHz Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS).

Fortress Solutions made this announcement in conjunction with the  OnGo Alliance Annual Members Meeting and Exhibitor Showcase in Dallas, April 10-13, 2023, where the company is also announcing the establishment of an inter-operability test lab devoted to the private wireless community.  This facility will be able to test hosted managed services solutions for deployment and conduct post-deployment evaluations, including, but not limited to, technical support and network monitoring.

Being a cohesive partner to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and vendors in the PMN/CBRS space, Fortress has the distinguishing capability of bringing performers together for inter-operability testing regardless of manufacturer and/or vendor. This unique capability allows Fortress the ability to partner with performers across the industry, regardless of size, platform, device, etc.  As a result, Fortress can be a key partner in all the critical phases of the network lifecycle -- from initial design to post-deployment day 2 services.

Fortress’s overall portfolio of services for the wireless network operators includes site surveys, indoor and outdoor RF network planning, commissioning and integration, drive testing, customized key performance indicators (KPI) reporting – Grafana as a service and network optimization. Their Certified Professional Installers (CPIs) are widely experienced in multi-OEM inter-operability testing and integration.

Alan Ewing, OnGo Alliance Executive Director
We are excited to welcome Fortress Solutions to the OnGo Alliance. Their expertise in streamlining enterprise deployment of CBRS-based private networks will be invaluable as we work together to drive innovation and expand the use of OnGo technology.

John Shelnutt, CEO of Fortress Solutions
We are excited to be a part of the OnGo Alliance network.
