stc Group, the digital enabler in the region , and GO Telecom (Etihad Atheeb) have signed a cooperation agreement to provide Internet of Things (IoT) services through stc Group's network, focused on empowering individuals and businesses digital growth.

Through the agreement, stc Group will support Go Telecom in expanding its services to provide greater connectivity for customers whilst meeting the growing demand for IoT technology, supporting the Fourth Industrial Revolution in the Kingdom.

stc Group is championing innovative technologies, including IoT, cloud computing and cybersecurity, to drive digital transformation regionally. IoT services, specifically, have increasingly become an essential enabler for technical expansion and business development globally. The services will be provided through stc Group’s wide coverage of networks, fifth generation technologies (5G) and Low Power Broadband (LPWA) across the Kingdom, which is considered to be the largest in the Middle East and North Africa.
