Springboard, a provider of business intelligence solutions for the telecoms industry, has partnered with XConnect, a Somos Company, the supplier of world-class numbering intelligence solutions, to deploy XConnect’s Global Number Range and Status Live services. XConnect’s comprehensive network and subscriber information will enable Springboard to highlight number discrepancies in real time and support customers in resolving issues rapidly to ensure stable margins.

With XConnect’s GNR service, Springboard can protect customers against Origin Based Rating (OBR) surcharges. Precise and reliable A and B number intelligence will give Springboard’s customers the power to manage their surcharges, access more transparent billing and the agility, visibility, and intelligence to maintain and grow margins.

Springboard is also deploying XConnect’s Status Live solution to strengthen its number validation efforts. Status Live provides accurate insights into whether a number is active and reachable and performs telephone number validation to accurately deliver voice and messaging traffic.

Springboard provides a business intelligence platform that includes revenue assurance, rate management, billing and GP, switch management, DID management, and traffic and routing analysis for Tier 1 telcos, carriers and service providers across the globe. This latest announcement follows their partnership with Cataleya, a global real-time communications software provider.
