BridgeWave Communications, the leading supplier of millimeter wave backhaul solutions, has recently announced the expansion of its Flex4G 80 GHz platform with the introduction of two new products - Flex4G-250 and Flex4G-3000, gigabit V-band (60 GHz) and E-Band (80 GHz) millimeter wave solutions. 
San Diego, California-based BridgeWave exibited the new products at the GITEX in Dubai, UAE from October 12 – 16, 2014.
According to BridgeWave, the newest 80GHz millimeter wave radios yield ultra-high capacity with spectral efficiencies and link budgets demanded by carriers and mobile operators for next-generation networks. BridgeWave noted that the Flex4G-3000 radio provides full-duplex data rates of up to three gigabits per second in a single, zero-footprint all-outdoor solution, providing interfaces for backhaul and front haul connectivity. The Flex4G-250 solution is introduced to provide simple gigabit Ethernet connectivity, spectrally efficient 1 Gbps transport in a single 250 MHz channel, added BidgeWave.
