Ooredoo Group, a leading international ICT provider with operations in 10 countries across the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia Pacific, has extended its ongoing collaboration with leading network automation solution provider, P.I. Works.

The initial collaboration began in 2018 and oversaw the deployment of P.I. Works’ network automation solution, EXA, across the operator’s networks in seven countries, including Algeria. Upon four years of successful project delivery, Ooredoo Algeria and P.I. Works are once again joining hands and expanding the scope of the initial collaboration, with the deployment of P.I. Works Next-Gen Network Performance and Optimization Service across Ooredoo Algeria’s nationwide networks.

This new project, an extension to the previous project, comprises RAN optimization services for Ooredoo Algeria's multi-vendor and multi-technology 2G, 3G, and 4G networks and includes a three-year Network Assurance service with guaranteed network SLA improvements. The first phase of the project already started and focused on resource optimization by increasing organizational efficiency through automation. With long-standing global expertise and market-leading best practices, P.I. Works hopes to contribute once again to empowering and transforming the experience of Ooredoo Algeria's 12.9 million subscribers.

Today, we would like to thank Ooredoo Algeria for their confidence in our next-gen automation-based network optimization capabilities. After the successful deployment of EXA, we are honored to be collaborating with them once again in improving the performance and customer experience across their networks.
