Avdor CIS, a leading provider of state-of-the-art call and multimedia recording solutions, announced that the company has released Crystal Box, a plug-and-play call recording device for SMBs and remote enterprise branches.

Crystal Box positions managed service providers (MSPs) to deliver straightforward and affordable call recording services to their SBM customers and for their enterprise customers with remote branches.

Crystal Box is a standalone call recording device that runs on T1/PRI E1s, SIP trunks or extensions, and analog ports. The device supports MP3 high quality audio encoding for reduced IP bandwidth Cloud streaming and includes 1 Tera of storage, which is suitable for up to approximately 100,000 on premise call recordings. For each call recording, Crystal Box captures and stores the dialed number, caller ID, call time, call date and call duration.

The device includes a management GUI with built-in call search features. Optional AI-driven call transcription and call scoring features are available and require integration with the hosted or on premise edition of Avdor CIS’ flagship Crystal Quality recording solution.

Crystal Box is deployable in a secure, plug-and-pay installation. The device allows for flexible integration with external applications and facilitates rapid deployment in nearly any Cloud environment or on premise scenario.

Crystal Box is available through Avdor CIS’ global network of managed service provider and other sales channel partners.
