Ireland-based SLA Mobile has partnered with Infobip, a global mobile messaging and payments provider to bring Direct Operator Billing (DOB) to Zain subscribers for their list of digital and virtual goods merchants. SLA mobile at the end of last year helped Zain to launch DOB.
SLA Mobile, a leading worldwide solutions vendor focused on bringing new revenue streams to mobile operators, said that the partnership will enable Zain users to purchase Infobip's worldwide base of digital and virtual goods merchants by charging directly to the mobile bill, without the need for a credit card or a bank account.
DOB, a hassle-free and convenient payment method is seeing rapid adoption among smart phone users, as it offers a better user experience for consumers of mobile apps, games and other content.
