LogRhythm, the company powering today’s security operations centres (SOCs), has partnered with the world’s largest assessment, placement and training provider, Pareto, to bridge the critical skills gap within the cybersecurity industry.

Pareto’s apprenticeship scheme will enable LogRhythm to achieve its vision of becoming a career opportunities leader and strengthen its threat detection and mitigation capabilities for its UK customers by harnessing a wider pool of talent.

The partnership with Pareto will help current LogRhythm employees develop and improve their skill set, along with providing access to a broader range of perspective talent to help solve cybersecurity challenges for UK customers. The scheme is only one of the ways LogRhythm is providing increased value to the cybersecurity market, enabling its customers to overcome threat-based barriers and harness opportunities for business growth.

Pareto is a market leader in sales, leadership and transformation recruitment and training. With offices in Manchester, London and New York, Pareto prides itself on its ability to resource sales and leadership staff at any level, as well as upskilling large, or small sales and transformation teams. By joining this apprenticeship scheme, LogRhythm is positioning itself as an innovator within the cybersecurity recruitment field and will provide new visibility and insight to tackle the growing threat landscape.

Kev Eley, Vice President of Sales, Europe at LogRhythm
We are excited to launch our new apprenticeship scheme with Pareto as we look for new methods to provide our UK customers with a comprehensive cybersecurity experience. The cybersecurity industry is constantly expanding and evolving, and this is driving the need for leaders to explore new approaches to effectively combat emerging risks.

Andy Wiles, Apprenticeship Sales Director at Pareto
At Pareto, we see our programmes as an amazing opportunity to combine educational learning with hands-on experience. Our developing partnerships with employers are key to achieving this aim and to ensuring that every learner has the opportunity to reach their full potential in a safe and supportive place to work and learn.
