Every day mobile operators need to identify and solve network problems to guarantee the quality of the service provided.
This process involves a thorough investigation of elements, parameters, and KPIs, demanding a lot of time from the responsible teams. In this scenario, intelligent automation appears as a promising path to achieving the quality and efficiency expected.
NetWarden, a tool developed by Bwtech, automates the identification of anomalies through Machine Learning algorithms, being a great ally to the modernization of operators. The solution proactively monitors the network, identifying inconsistencies in its elements and presenting them in an intuitive interface.
The product was endorsed by SKY, the biggest pay-TV operator by satellite in Brazil, claims Bwtech. Throughout the project, the operator received full support from the Bwtech team to adjust the tool to the company’s needs.
Based on SKY’s needs, the Affected Users functionality was developed. It allows sorting and filtering anomalies based on the number of impacted customers. With this, it is possible to identify the network problems that affect the highest number of users, optimizing the time to solve demands and ensuring end consumers’ satisfaction.
