AdaptiveMobile Joins Intel® Network Builders NFV/SDN Ecosystem Program

AdaptiveMobile, a leading mobile security company that was founded in 2003 and headquartered in Dublin today announced it has joined the Intel® Network Builders programme, a cross-industry initiative for the development of Network Function Virtualization (NFV) and Software Defined Networking (SDN) based solutions.

The Intel® Network Builders ecosystem which comprises a comprehensive selection of communications solutions providers is a platform that encourages collaboration among members and seeks to increase ecosystem alignment.

AdaptiveMobile said that by joining Intel® Network Builders programme it will remain central to the security of mobile operators everywhere.

"AdaptiveMobile is a committed player in the NFV community and our solutions already meet the participation criteria set by the Intel® Network Builders programme. We have always deployed on standard Intel architecture-based platforms, with our own highly efficient packet processing capability that does not rely on custom silicon or third party packet processors.  We plan to enhance this capability further through the Intel® Network Builders programme.  We are also hypervisor agnostic and have live deployments running on multiple hypervisor technologies including VMware and KVM."
