IDI Billing Solutions, leading developer of billing, rating, order management, workflow and selling solutions for the communications industry, announces that Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) CREDO Mobile has extended its contract and moved its long distance subscriber base to IDI’s CostGuard® billing and OSS application.
CREDO, an MVNO headquartered in San Francisco,California operates on Sprints mobile network. CREDO provides mobile, credit card and long distance services and turns everyday activities like talking on the phone into progressive acts by providing a conduit for donations and giving its customers the opportunity to speak out on public issues.
According to IDI Billing, CREDO Mobile depends on CostGuard to manage back office billing and OSS operations for its growing subscriber base, as well as serve as the operational core that seamlessly integrates a number of the company’s third-party partners. In addition to CREDO Mobile’s MVNO subscribers, IDI also recently converted the company’s long distance customers to CostGuard.
