Zain Bahrain deploys Neural Technologies’ Minotaur Fraud Management System (FMS) for enhanced network protection and revenue assurance across its GSM and WiMax networks, with a particular focus on international usage for roaming and high value calls. Neural Technologies’ Minotaur solution, which is configured to take the new industry data source of ‘Near Real Time Roaming Data Exchange’, has the ability to automatically suspend a subscriber’s account, remove services and send urgent alerts to analysts and other key staff by SMS for a fast response, further minimising losses.
According to Neural, the solution’s Insight case management software provides intuitive data mining facilities, enabling users to carry out in-depth analysis and perform ad hoc queries on existing customer and network data.
