Keysight Technologies, a maker of electronic measurement instruments, Thursday announced that it has completed the acquisition of Anite. Keysight paid approximately $600 million in cash for Anite – a U.K based leading supplier of software solutions for wireless research and development – in a deal that supports Keysight's strategy to grow in wireless and expand its software offerings.
In June, Keysight announced its plans to acquire Anite, which provides test and measurement solutions to the international wireless market, for approximately £388 million (~US$606 million). Keysight's electronic measurement instruments, systems, software and services are used in the design, development, manufacture, installation, deployment and operation of electronic equipment.
