Knetik, a services management and monetization firm for digital services, announced Wednesday that it has completed the acquisition of SPLYT, a leader in application analytics and user behavior. Headquartered in Orlando, SPLYT’s data contextualization process provides deep insight into users and speeds the time to action.

SPLYT's analytics capabilities will enhance Knetik's platform to empower and enable content, media, and game companies to manage and optimize the engagement with, monetization, and personalization of their products and offerings. SPLYT’s analytics facilitate product managers, marketers and developers seeking better understanding of user behavior, application optimization, and content personalization, according to Knetik.

The acquisition will power Knetik's suite of solutions for enterprises, including Application Optimization Analytics with A/B and Multivariate Testing, Marketing Automation via push notifications and in-app messaging and Contextual Analytics for rich business intelligence about customer segments and business performance.

Shane Robinett, Knetik CEO
SPLYT’s innovative approach to web, social and mobile app analytics is revolutionary and gives us an enormous step ahead as we provide sophisticated management of digital services. SPLYT empowers decision makers with the ability to analyze application KPIs relevant to their business through the platform’s deep contextual insights. SPLYT’s functionality will be tightly integrated into the Knetik Platform to provide our customers with a broad view into product performance and enable them to make better and more profitable decisions.

John Glushik, GP at Intersouth Partners
