Anite Acquires Wireless Network Data Analytics Firm Xceed Technologies

Anite Acquires Xceed Technologies Credit: PCC Mobile Broadband

Anite, a global leader in wireless network testing technology is acquiring Xceed Technologies, a US-based software company providing data agnostic solutions for network optimization, analysis and reporting to meet the growing market requirements for data analysis and post-processing and to further expand its network testing product portfolio. Xceed Technologies will be integrated into Anite’s Network Testing business unit.

Anite, the company behind the Nemo brand said that the acquisition of Xceed is in line with its strategy to reinforce its position as a global leader in wireless test solutions. The acquisition will enable Anite to offer an integrated Network Testing portfolio for data analysis which includes its product ranges such as Nemo Analyze, WindCatcher and Xynergy.
