Jungle Scout, the leading all-in-one platform for selling on Amazon, announced $110 million in growth capital and the acquisition of advertising tech company Downstream Impact

The investment is led by global growth equity investor Summit Partners and Jungle Scout Founder & CEO Greg Mercer. Summit manages more than $23 billion in capital dedicated to growth equity, fixed income, and public equity opportunities, and it has partnered with more than 30 companies across the e-commerce and consumer landscape including ShipMonk, Brooklinen, and Uber. 

 

The investment supports the acquisition of Seattle-based Amazon advertising and analytics software company, Downstream, as well as ambitious product and marketplace initiatives and global hiring in 2021.

Founded in 2015 by Greg Mercer, then a 27-year-old Amazon seller, Jungle Scout today supports $8 billion in annual Amazon revenue and 500,000 customers (brands and entrepreneurs on Amazon)
