Kyivstar, the largest mobile operator in Ukraine, is joining forces with Helsi, the country’s largest medical information system, to provide free online support for Ukraine’s doctors and citizens. 

The new Service will enable individuals in Ukraine to book online consultations and source advice from medical professionals at no charge. The Service has been developed by Helsi.me to provide a digital health system that can be accessed by the entire population. Free online appointments are available with over 75 specialties and 3000 doctors from both public and private medical institutions without a special referral from a family doctor and without a signed declaration. 

Medical professionals from all over Ukraine, even those who are currently abroad, are now contributing to the service. Thanks to Kyivstar the servicehas become more accessible to individuals andis provided though zero-cost data downloads with no fees whendownloading or using the mobile application and the Helsi.me website.

Kyivstar’s initiative is in gratitude to the doctors for their daily heroic professionalism in the face of extremely difficult conditions and their commitment to do their best to save Ukrainian citizens. The company has additionally decided to provide minutes and unlimited Internet tomedical staff in the regions of active hostilities. By using its networks to enable information to be researched, and communication to be established between doctors and patients, the company aims to help those with medical needs at this very difficult time.
