WIND Mobile Launches Self Care App Across All Mobile Platforms Source:WIND Mobile

WIND Mobile, a subsidiary of Vimpelcom with over 700,000 customers in Canada, launches a self care mobile app, "WIND My Account" for its prepaid and postpaid customers to manage their wireless accounts. The app which is made available across all major mobile platforms including Apple, Android, BlackBerry and Windows, enables customers to view account balances, pay bills, top-up accounts, monitor phone usage, add and remove add-ons, and change plans altogether.

The apps comes with 'zero-rated' data charges over its network, to encourage customers to use the app without need to worry on the data charges. The app also supports viewing of past payment history, setup pre-authorized payments and enable features like international roaming.
