As part of this ongoing commitment to drive digital ecosystem, Ooredoo Myanmar on Monday announced the country’s first Virtual and Digital Design Innovation Challenge: the APPathon.

Creative app designers from all levels are encouraged to participate, and will be using all their design skills to compete and win the exciting rewards.

The aim of this APPathon is to engage and empower Myanmar’s youth to co-create the next generation of digital products and services. This Innovation Challenge aims to drive product design innovation: the participants will have to redesign “My Ooredoo App” by providing innovative and creative design inputs to offer the best user interface and customer experience. Throughout the challenge, participants will also receive feedback and mentorship from Ooredoo & industry experts.

Visual design enthusiasts, who are 18 years old and above, at all levels (Junior, amateur, professionals) are welcome to apply in a team of 1-3 persons. The applicants must be familiar with prototyping tools, and online coordination platforms.

Alok Verma, Chief Commercial Officer of Ooredoo Myanmar
