Helping more homes across Oman enjoy the internet, Ooredoo added nine new areas to its expanding Fibre Home Internet service.

Those living in Al Awabi, Salalah Al Gharibiyah, Nakhal, Sohar Al Hujrah, Nizwa Farq, Wadi Al Maawil, Al Musannah City Center and Nizwa Hay Al Turath can now connect with speeds of up to 1Gbps, plus get unlimited data, a 10% discount on international calling, unlimited national minutes, and free modem and installation with Ooredoo’s great value plans.

The Operator has recently revamped its Fibre Home Internet plans, which now start from just OMR 35 per month for 100 Mbps, and go up to OMR 100 for 1 Gbps.

With higher download speeds, Fibre Home Internet means that the whole household can stream movies, TV shows and music, enjoy online gaming and either study or work from home, without interruption. Residents in areas with new coverage can order via WhatsApp by sharing their ID and location to 95009500 or calling the Fibre team on 1514.

Ooredoo’s Fibre Home Internet is already available in many places throughout the country with many other areas to be connected soon.
