Netgem TV announced that customers from the company's network of ultrafast and rural broadband providers in the UK and Ireland can now enjoy three-month free subscription to support them during the COVID-19 outbreak.

Additionally, customers who upgrade to Fibre and TV, will be able to benefit from Amazon Prime services for a year.

Across the UK and Ireland, it is expected that around 250,000 households can benefit from the offer. The idea behind the initiative is to offer content that is appealing for every member of the family at a time when subscribers will want to consume entertainment as a leisure alternative to get away from the news around coronavirus (COVID-19). From the great programmes across all genres offered by the public broadcasters (BBC, iPlayer, ITV hub, All4, My5 and UKTV Play), to the abundance of extra kids programs available on the service including YouTube Kids and Hopster, Netgem TV offers an attractive package for all.

Syvain Thevenot, MD, Netgem TV
We are very excited to be in the position to announce this offer and work closely with our broadband partners to offer customers an opportunity to access the widest possible range of content when they will most be needing it.
