Bouygues Telecom recently unveiled a brand new Bbox fiber modem, certified Wi-Fi 6, exclusively for its Fiber customers.

Available with the Bbox Ultym Fiber offer, the new fiber modem has been specifically designed to offer a powerful Wi-Fi connection, capable of covering the entire house with a speed comparable to that of Fiber.

To further optimize the potential of Wi-Fi 6, Bouygues Telecom decided to completely rethink the concept of the modem, which had changed little over the past 20 years. Far from traditional internet boxes, the new Bbox Fiber modem has a vertical design which optimizes the quality of the Wi-Fi connection.

In addition, this new fiber Bbox comes with 8 WiFi antennas (5GHz and 2.4 GHz). To be certain that its new modem can meet the specific requirements of each type of household, Bouygues Telecom has also designed new intelligent Wi-Fi 6 repeater.

This simplicity is also found in the new interface of the new Bbox Fiber modem. A large screen presents all the existing features and a copper wheel allows users to easily navigate from one place to another.

The new Bbox Fiber modem will be offered at the end of January with the Ultym Fiber offer, available at a price of € 24.99 / month the first year, then € 41.99 / month the following.
