Christian Luiga, CFO and previously acting CEO and President of Telia Company has submitted his resignation from the Company.
Christian Luiga has been working for Telia Company in various positions since 2009 and started as CFO in April 2014. Since September 2019, he has been the acting CEO and President.
Christian Luiga will be at the company’s disposal during his notice period to support the new CEO Allison Kirkby and assist with the hand-over of several ongoing projects. During the notice period, he will report directly to Allison Kirkby, but not be a member of the Group Executive Management. His last day of employment is September 15, 2020.
A search process for a permanent CFO will start immediately and Douglas Lubbe will continue in his role as acting CFO for now, said the Company.
