TIM this week announced the appointment of Federico Rigoni as Chief Revenue Officer, reporting directly to the CEO, Luigi Gubitosi.

Federico Rigoni joined the Group in April, 2019 as Chief Procurement Officer, bringing on board in-depth knowledge of the telco industry and of the ICT market and 15 years of experience in key management roles, including his past stints at Nokia and Ericsson, culminating in his appointment as the CEO of the Italian operations at both companies. 

His appointment is part of a reorganisation process involving the commercial structure of the Group, aimed at strengthening the commercial strategy, and customer value, also in light of the new opportunities offered by 5G, content distribution and the development of products and services concerning Cloud, Edge Computing and IoT.

The role of Chief Procurement Officer, held by Federico Rigoni, is temporarily held ad interim by the CEO.
