TIM Participações(TIM Brasil), a subsidiary of Telecom Italia in Brazil announced the appointment of Pietro Labriola as the new CEO, position which he will hold alongside his role as board member of the Company. 

Labriola is taking over from Sami Foguel who is leaving the Company.  With over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, Labriola held the position of COO at TIM Participações between December 2015 and August 2018. 

Prior to this, he held several relevant positions in the Telecom Italia group. Pietro Labriola is an Italian citizen, with a degree in Administration from Università degli Studi di Bari, and masters in Innovation and Technology Management from ASMIT Advanced School of Bari, Italy.
