KPN Ventures has invested in two promising startups that are making a further advance in digital security and hybrid working.

Both hybrid workspace provider Lendis and digital security firm Censornet recently obtained capital from KPN’s investment fund. With these investments KPN Ventures aims to help the two promising young companies to grow more quickly. As a telecom provider and workspace provider KPN has high expectations of the innovative products of the two companies.

Both Lendis and Censornet can in the future make a substantial contribution to a secure digital work environment that consists of a combination of devices and cloud applications.

Lendis offers a platform that allows businesses to purchase and manage, from a single location, all the devices for the hybrid work environment at the office and at home. This provides a solution for employers who genuinely want hybrid working to succeed, because recent research shows that around 70 percent of Dutch employees do not yet have a workspace that is properly equipped for working from home.

A modern digital workspace contributes towards better business operations, but a crucial factor in this is that the workspace is always secure and up to date for all employees, wherever they are. That was the idea behind the development by Censornet of a top-quality central solution. Thanks to a single safe cloud security platform, organizations and users are fully protected against threats by e-mail, internet and cloud, regardless of whether they are in the office, at home or on the move.
