SEMPRE, the technology company created to secure America’s critical infrastructure, announced it has secured a $20 million seed round from US family offices, led by Goff Capital and joined by Hayman Capital Management.

SEMPRE provides the first EMP-hardened, resilient, secure military-grade communications and high-performance edge-computing infrastructure for telecom operators, first responders, government and enterprise customers.

Founded by former US Air Force Brigadier General (ret) Robert Spalding, SEMPRE was created to address gaping security issues in our nation’s infrastructure and to provide reliable access to secure compute and connectivity for urban and rural communities alike. The SEMPRE tower easily integrates with legacy cell tower architecture to secure existing networks or can work as a standalone solution. It allows for true edge computing and connectivity, ensuring more secure networks while also providing greater access to all communities across the country.

SEMPRE technology is fully designed and manufactured in the US. The company is currently working with the Department of Defense to build a standalone 5G networking and computing platform with end-to-end security.

Rhydon Lee, partner at Goff Capital
We invested in SEMPRE because the team, composed of technical experts in commercial networking and edge computing and seasoned veterans in national security, is committed to ensuring access to secure, reliable, high-performance compute and connectivity.

Brigadier General (ret) Robert Spalding
In the last few years, we’ve seen an escalation of attacks, which is why I founded SEMPRE to address these concerns by providing secure, reliable 5G connectivity and compute that can integrate seamlessly with existing architecture or work as a standalone network.
