Informatica, an enterprise cloud data management leader, this week announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 29 million shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $29.00 per share.

The shares started trading on the New York Stock Exchange on October 27, 2021, under the ticker symbol 'INFA'. In addition, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,350,000 shares of its common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
