Kaltura, an open-source video platform for enterprises and media companies, began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on Wednesday, with plans to raise $150 million at an estimated market capitalization of $1.34 billion.

Kaltura's initial public offering of 15,000,000 shares of its common stock was priced to the public at $10.00 per share. The shares began trading under the symbol 'KLTR'.
