In conjunction with Digital Transformation World 2022 taking place this week in Copenhagen, Ariana Lynn, Senior Editor at The Fast Mode spoke to Lifemote, an AI-driven Wi-Fi analytics solution provider on the company's participation at the event, annoucenments to expect and some of their key showcases and demos.

Ariana: Which summit will Lifemote be participating in?

Lifemote: As one of the selected Next20 Startup Program participants, Lifemote will be exhibiting at the TM Forum’s Digital Transformation World event during 20-22 September in Copenhagen. Lifemote’s booth will be at the Next20 Startup and New Tech Area on Stand 8.

Also, our Co-founder and CEO Eren Soyak will be pitching Lifemote at the Innovation Labs Arena on Wednesday, 21 September 2022 for Intelligent Networks Pitching Session. Be sure to check it out to learn more about Lifemote.

Ariana: What are some of the key announcements we can expect from Lifemote at the event?

Lifemote: The major highlight of the event for Lifemote is the pitching session that our Co-founder and CEO Eren Soyak will be doing on the 21st of September at 3pm on Innovation Labs Arena during DTW. Make sure you save the date and watch the presentation to get more information about Lifemote.

Ariana: What will be Lifemote's major showcases?

Lifemote: Lifemote builds systems to provide ISPs with the insights they need to make sure their home Internet subscribers get great service on all their devices. To enable this outcome, Lifemote collects per-minute data from all modems and Wi-Fi extenders in the field using its unique lightweight technology. The data is processed using cloud AI to proactively explain what is wrong and how to fix it to whomever needs this information – the support center, engineering, or the subscribers themselves. The tangible results Lifemote drives are increased first-call resolution, fewer total calls and technician visits, and increased user satisfaction.

If you want to learn more about how Lifemote helped its customers increase NPS on a target group by 65% or decrease technical visits to subscribers’ homes by 70%, please visit our booth or request a meeting via our website.

Ariana: How does it feel to be back physically at DTW 2022? What’s your Copenhagen experience?

Lifemote: It is definitely good to be back physically at DTW. As Lifemote we have close relations with the Nordics region and it is great to see friends coming together. It is also nice to welcome people to an actual booth rather than an online meeting. We missed being on the field and the atmosphere in Copenhagen is excellent for that manner. The show venue, The Quad, and the city are amazing.
