TELUS, one of Canada’s leading quad-play service providers, has upgraded its Amdocs billing and charging solution running on TELUS virtualized hardware and software platform in its new green data center to optimize business processes and reduce operational expenses.

By upgrading to the latest version of Amdocs’ billing and charging solution, TELUS has been able to streamline the billing process with faster billing cycles – enabling an improved customer experience by providing more accurate and timely bills that will result in fewer customer queries, said Amdocs. The project also includes a multi-year extension for maintenance and ongoing services.
