The Mobile World Congress 2016 took place at the Fira Gran Via and Fira Montjuïc in Barcelona, Spain. It is the telecom world's biggest event, participated by close to thousand exhibitors - leading telecom operators and telecom tech vendors and which attracts a turnout of more than 90,000 people from more than 200 countries.

As the event opened on the morning of the 22nd of February, The Fast Mode started receiving snapshots of the sights and scenes from the Fira Gran Via. During the three days that followed, more and more pictures were submitted by participating telecom tech companies and representatives from service providers.
