Perfecting the First Step: Gartner Cool Vendor Rocketlane Delivers Seamless Customer Onboarding for Enterprises

Rocketlane, an industry leading customer onboarding platform, recently announced that it was recognized as a 2022 Gartner® Cool Vendor in the Technology Go-to-Market category. The report by Gartner highlights the importance of customer onboarding for an enterprise’s Go-to-Market strategy and how a seamless and collaborative onboarding solution greatly enhances marketing effectiveness and lowers customer churn.

In March this year, the SaaS company also announced that it had closed an $18 million Series A Funding Round, with major investors including 8VC, Nexus Venture Partners and Matrix Partners India.

Ariana Lynn, Senior Editor at The Fast Mode spoke to Srikrishnan Ganesan, the CEO and co-founder of Rocketlane on Gartner's recognition and the major contributing factors. Sri also discusses the role of onboarding in a customer journey, some of the gaps in the current onboarding and implementation space and how a collaborative platform can support enterprises.
