Comarch announced recently that it will support Síminn in the improvement of their multi-service, multi-technology and multi-vendor IT environment and operations. The implemented Comarch Managed Services will not only reduce OPEX (operating expenditures), but will also enable the company to achieve excellence in operational processes.
Comarch will take responsibility for everyday management of Síminn’s billing related activities, applications and IT operations. With Comarch’s Managed Services the company has the opportunity to stay ahead of the competition, thanks to a significant OPEX reduction as well as an improved rollout strategy of new technology and services.
This is not the first cooperation between the two companies, since 2013 Comarch has been supporting Síminn with BSS solutions. Managed Services delivered by Comarch are based on BSS/OSS products merged with third-party components.
