International provider of fiber optics and internet services based in Stockholm, Sweden, Telia Carrier has formed partnership with Savecall, Germany’s top consultant and broker of ICT services with offices in Munich, Wiesbaden and Berlin.

In addition to Savecall’s consulting and brokering services, this partnership allows the company to act as a reseller of Telia Carrier’s complete suite of IP, Wavelength and Ethernet services. Savecall mediates provider-neutral expert solutions including point-to-point Ethernet, leased line and Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) services for IT and telecommunications companies.

The company offers customers risk and cost reduction through the standardization of basic IT services coupled with powerful virtualization solutions. Telia Carrier’s global fiber backbone was built organically, without acquisitions, and is the first to be 100G-enabled in both Europe and North America.

Recently, Telia Carrier extended the reach of its global IP backbone through the completion of the Frankfurt-Warsaw Express, a direct dense wavelength division multiplexing fiber network route from Frankfurt, Germany, to Warsaw, Poland.
