Swisscom, which deployed MATRIXX software for its own mobile service, has expanded its use of MATRIXX to power M-Budget digital MVNO offerings.
M-Budget Mobile is a MVNO brand of Switzerland’s biggest retailer, Migros, providing flexible service options and products for budget-conscious consumers. M-Budget delivers mobile offers with an appealing mobile experience on the best network in Switzerland, offering an array of both SIM-only and device-based plans.
With over half a million customers, M-Budget has captured a key segment of the market which wants more than just basic mobile services and is looking for a richer service experience along with more granular control over spending and a full set of tools to self-manage their accounts.
Customers enjoy a rich online experience, with simple tariff plans. There is an intuitive account ‘cockpit’ for self-service where customers can purchase add-ons, add roaming, monitor consumption, and change account options - all through their mobile device.
Using the solution, M-Budget Mobile can better serve digital-savvy customers by providing an on-demand experience and the ability to design services and tariffs that fit the needs of this growing consumer segment. M-Budget’s services are available online and through Migros, said MATRIXX.
