Saudi Telecom Company (STC) has selected Alepo to modernize its BSS/OSS infrastructure with an upgrade to the latest version of Alepo’s BSS/OSS framework Service Enabler (SE) and AAA platform.

The upgrade is driven by the need to meet the demands of STC’s growing business and subscriber base and promises to provide a platform wherein STC can meet the expectations of its digital-savvy customers, launch new and compelling offers and monetize services in real-time without impacting customer experience.

Alepo said that with the solution STC will be able to offer differentiated services to customers, with simplified operations and reduced total cost of ownership (TCO). With the deployment STC is expected to enhance its business performance through increased agility, operational efficiency, and time-to-market.

As part of the project Alepo will deliver its AAA server and policy framework, coupled with its OSS/BSS framework, Service Enabler. Alepo will also employ its rich library of modern APIs for seamless integration with the existing network.

Marzoq Alyami, Billing Section Manager at STC
We are confident in Alepo’s ability to help STC streamline operations, reduce costs, and provide an overall better customer experience.

Vani Manian, Technical Director at Alepo
We are committed to deliver an extremely agile environment to STC to launch new services and at the same time bridge the capability gaps to help them grow their business.
