Tecnotree, a global provider of telecom IT solutions, announced that it has been selected by leading South East African operator, to deliver a full BSS transformation project. The order is said to oworth USD$8 million and deliveries are expected to be completed in 2017.
Via a suite of services, the operator’s subscriber base will benefit from an enriched integrated customer experience. The multi-year strategic project will see Tecnotree deploy a complete BSS platform transformation based on Tecnotree Agility Enterprise Suite of products, comprising of Unified Product Catalog, Customer Lifecycle Management, Convergent Billing System, Loyalty & Campaign Management System and Tecnotree Application Platforms.
The operator has initiated the project to offer unmatched omni-channel customer experience to drive customer value across their quad play offerings on GSM, FXL, ISP and IPTV.
