CenturyLink announced that fiber-ready broadband speeds up to 1Gbps are now available to 14,000 multi-tenant units (MTUs) in more than 600 cities.

With 25 percent of the world's economy expected to be digital by 2020, according to Accenture's January 2016 Digital Economic Value Index, CenturyLink is pleased to offer its gigabit service to more than 100,000 small to large businesses in MTUs with symmetrical upload and download speeds, as well as Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and managed IT solutions.

CenturyLink is offering fiber-enabled service in hundreds of cities, including Phoenix, Denver, Seattle, Albuquerque, Salt Lake City,Tucson, Colorado Springs, and Minneapolis/Saint Paul. Targeted businesses have access to multiple wide-area network connections delivered over fiber, including multiprotocol label switching virtual private network (MPLS-VPN), metro Ethernet and the latest software-defined wide area network (CenturyLink SD-WAN) solution.

CenturyLink business fiber service bundles contain a core set of cloud-based business essential software applications, including Microsoft 365, website management and hosting and data backup at no additional charge.
