Redknee Solutions, announced that it has secured a new multi-year software and services contract with Afghan Wireless Communication Company (AWCC), the leading telecom operator in Afghanistan

Launched in 2002,  AWCC provides 2.5G, 3G and High-Speed 3.75G voice, data, internet and mobile banking services to more than  four million business and consumer clients, located in all of Afghanistan's thirty-four provinces. 

The deal will allows AWCC to offer innovative subscriber campaigns, implement more complex policies, improve time to market, and deliver additional flexibility for its services and tariff plans. 

According to Redknee, CSPs face highly competitive markets, and to maintain profitability and competitiveness CSPs need to concentrate on their core business and customers, which is enabled by Redknee services.
