Crnogorski Telekom Montenegro Upgrades to NetCracker’s OSS Solution for Service Innovation and Cost Reduction

Crnogorski Telekom, the Deutsche Telekom Group operating unit based in Montenegro, has implemented NetCracker’s OSS Solution to achieve aggressive time-to-market goals for new services, consolidate its legacy OSS to gain efficiencies, and reduce operating and long-term OSS implementation costs. The solution enables consolidated service fulfillment and resource management for the biggest telecommunications company in Montenegro, which provides for its subscribers the full range of fixed and mobile telecommunications services (voice, messaging, internet, TV, leased line circuits, data networks and ICT solutions).
