Turkcell, Turkey’s leading mobile service provider with more than 34 million subscribers, has completed the deployment of Netcracker’s Resource Management solution as part of the operator's Operational Support Systems(OSS) upgrade. Netcracker’s Resource Management solution is comprised of Resource Inventory, Discovery & Reconciliation and Planning & Design capabilities.

The project is expected to enable Turkcell to continue its focus on customer satisfaction and infrastructure optimization by retiring its legacy IT systems so it can provision new services more quickly.

According to NEC/Netcracker, the solution will optimize Turkcell's infrastructure and reduce Opex by making more efficient use of its network assets and reduce the total cost of ownership by consolidating network and resource information on a single system. With more efficient end-to-end fulfillment and assurance processes, Turkcell will become more agile and strengthen its leadership position in Turkey’s fast-changing market, added NEC/Netcracker.

Erdogan Bayrak, IT Governance & Enterprise Capabilities Manager at Turkcell
With Netcracker’s solutions and expertise, we can make our infrastructure more efficient, our business processes more agile and we can successfully meet our customers’ expectations.

Cengiz Karabalik, General Manager at NEC Telecommunication and Information Technology (NEC Turkey)
Delivering sophisticated OSS capabilities to Turkcell highlights our commitment with Netcracker to help service providers optimize performance on all levels.
