Etisalat Afghanistan Extends WeDo Technologies’ Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management Contract

Etisalat Afghanistan deploys WeDo Technologies’ RAID as a single, integrated platform for revenue assurance and fraud management (RA&FM). WeDo Technologies, a worldwide leader in enterprise business assurance, provides technology that helps Etisalat Afganistan which has over 3.8m customers to ensure the business assurance in practice. Wedo said in a statement that upon selecting WeDo Technologies’ integrated RA&FM solution in 2012, Etisalat Afghanistan managed to recover the total investment of the project within just 12 months. It adds that the company implemented the solution in four modules: service usage controls, platform integrity controls, fraud management services and prepaid balance validation controls.

 


“Given our ambitious growth plans and the speed at which the company continues to evolve, we recognised the need to boost our revenue assurance and fraud management capabilities and optimise efficiency across the business,” said Alfred Lelya Kiteme, Director, Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management at Etisalat Afghanistan. “WeDo is able to provide us with the stability and expertise required to provide assurance on revenue generated, prevent revenue leakage, and deter and detect fraud across all areas of the business using one integrated solution.
