The largest mobile operator in the Philippines, Globe Telecom has selected MYCOM OSI Service Assurance products and solutions for its OSS transformation project. MYCOM OSI will be deploying a number of solutions from its portfolio including PrOptima network performance management, MYCOM OSI ProActor automation and orchestration, Worst-cell/cluster Analyzers, Rapid-RAN Analyzer and automation solutions.
As part of the project, Globe required a converged network performance management product that could replace multiple silo systems and manage network and service quality across all network domains, technologies and equipment vendors. On top of this, it required specific use case-based solutions to meet the company’s need for faster, more cost-effective and proactive network and service operation processes that optimize customer experience and reduce churn, said MYCOM OSI.
